Consultant – EOR Operations

PanTerra is seeking a senior oil and gas professional with extensive upstream experience and a strong background in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) operations.

The ideal candidate will combine practical field experience with a solid understanding of reservoir performance, production optimisation and the integration of subsurface and surface operations. Experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of EOR projects, together with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and provide technical guidance, is essential.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have led technical projects, worked in complex oilfield environments and can support operational decision-making through sound technical analysis and clear reporting.

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• 15+ years of upstream oil and gas experience
• Direct, hands-on experience with one or more EOR methods
• Strong knowledge of field operations, reservoir performance and production optimisation
• Proven technical leadership and advisory capabilities
