Senior Reservoir Engineer – EOR

PanTerra Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer with a strong background in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) to support reservoir studies, recovery optimisation and field implementation projects.

• Conduct EOR screening, reservoir evaluations and simulation studies.
• Support EOR pilot design, implementation, monitoring and optimisation.
• Evaluate injection strategies and reservoir performance.
• Integrate laboratory core-flood and chemical evaluation results into reservoir studies.
• Contribute to technical recommendations, feasibility studies and techno-economic assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and prepare technical reports.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant upstream oil and gas experience.
• Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering and EOR technologies, including chemical flooding and/or gas injection.
• Experience with reservoir simulation and industry-standard engineering tools.
• Experience supporting EOR studies, pilot projects or field implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to undertake international assignments and on-site support when required.
